When I realized I had left my headphones behind, they not only found them but also arranged for them to be returned to me promptly, showcasing their exceptional attention to detail and customer service. Heating: As someone who is always cold, I was pleasantly surprised by how well the heating system worked in my room. Even during the chilly Edinburgh evenings, I was able to relax in a cozy and warm environment, which made my stay even more comfortable and enjoyable. Shared Kitchen: the shared kitchen at the hotel was a pleasant surprise, fully equipped with everything I needed to whip up a quick meal or snack. In conclusion, my experience at this hotel exceeded all my high expectations.
